SF Lead Engine

A whole-market discovery pipeline, pointed at one city — first.

The same Discovery → Score → Enrich → Profile system AC uses to find its own clients. Pointed at Sioux Falls as the pilot: 3,470 businesses cataloged, 236 Tier 1 targets, 141 written dossiers — all built locally, ready to point at any vertical.

Why a city, not a list

A scraped list is data. A profiled, scored, dossier-attached city is deal flow. The same flywheel that powers Research Radar — discover, score, enrich, persist — works for businesses too. We ran it on Sioux Falls first because if it can find every business in one town and write a real dossier on the high-signal ones, it can do the same thing for any vertical anywhere.

The productized version

Lead Engine ($149–299/mo) ships the discovery + alert pipeline. CRM ($299–499/mo) layers enrichment and AI follow-up reminders. Automation ($2K–10K + $200–500/mo) wires the full sales engine. The Sioux Falls pilot is the proof — the per-city deployment is the product.

Provenance

How this production was born.

The pipeline IS the product. AC built this to find its own clients in Sioux Falls; the same engine is being packaged for SMB customers to point at THEIR markets. A dentist finding patients, an HVAC company finding homeowners, a law firm finding leads — same engine, different target. Public face of the SF pilot: the Build Sioux Falls project.

Every production carries a permanent attestation receipt through the Research Radar Protocol — so the path from paper to ship is verifiable, on chain.

Stay tuned.
